Victor Saly recorded this on 23 October 2026, and it is kept exactly as it came out. AI has not touched it.

Where “Talked out loud, tidied by AI” came from

This is the origin. Nothing on this page has been edited, and nothing converted it.

Why this file exists
This is the origin of the first post, kept exactly as it was spoken into a phone on 23 October 2026, in twelve voice notes over about an hour. Nothing has been edited, not the repeated words, not the sentence that cuts off. Every published version of this post points back here.

Origin 1 — the idea

So I have this idea where I’m thinking that it would be good that every time that I got those ideas where I want to do a post, they are in one before and after. So I want to create a GitHub project where I got a blog where I just express my ideas very, you know, disorganized, full of emotions and feelings, and it’s just spit out in the way that I’m thinking. And then when we generate a post, we got a link where we show where the idea comes from. So we are very proud of the original idea, which is a bit rusty, very difficult to express it in words that it can be more elaborated or driven to the needs of a particular article, but still the core information comes from that place. And then can be a bit of explanation if it’s needed of why the decision was made to actually transform it.

Give you an example. All these ideas I put in my notes have been generated from multiple factors of ideas that have been coming on my head. And I know that they’re unique and they’re coming from me, but it feels like there is a need of, you know, refining that for different reasons. Like, we need that information to be driven to a particular group of people, so it needs to be written in a way that is more catchy, or it needs to be redacted in a short format, or it needs to be expressed in a longer format as well, where you need to extend a bit more. And all these gaps is where we need to be proud of using this tool.

So there are different things that I want to have. Is a proud logo that I say converted with AI rather than made by AI. So there is a clear message that the original core message is somewhere, and the actual refining version is what we output. But then if someone wants to, you know, see the origin of something, that we always have a place where to look it at.

I start building like kind of that agenda of, you know, your unicity of every single person, of their way of thinking, can be just expressed in a way that it feels a bit that it’s been generated, but it’s actually your own thoughts. And try to keep that originally uniqueness of your thoughts to be written as you originally were doing, I don’t know, 10 years ago, 5 years ago. And now we are refining it with all these tools that make it more understandable for different people, different languages.

So this new blog that I will sit in, victorsali.com, will be all the thoughts that are happening, potentially mainly spot out on voice messages where, you know, the ideas come in when you read a book or you have an idea, and then can appear in multiple languages. It can appear of, you know, a resume, can be extended, can be, you know, transform, have the generative AI to spread itself, to actually build up a collaborative way of expressing the way that you think as a human, and then produce something that is more AI driven. So the person wants to see, you know, the messy message, they can go to that one. If they want to see the resume version, they can see it. They can want to see it in another language. They want to read it. You know, build all these tools that AI can build nowadays to have that kind of uni-block that it will allow me to express myself into different social medias.

And that will be the first article. This particular message where is the point of starting, which it can be extended on how we build it, using AI tools like bytecoding and auto-generating this idea of expressing yourself.

Origin 2 — the graph, and the road

As those ideas will become very complex sometimes, and sometimes full of ideas that can be multiple topics, there will be the possibility that those ideas will have to be converted into small paragraph or small ideas. So having like a graph that allows us to actually divide all these concepts and philosophies into a graph on a graphical idea and make it very well designed in terms of making it easy for someone to navigate and understand that we’re going from a core kind of identification of myself and then all these keywords that are going to be building up what will be a unique block. BLOG. Yeah, that one.

Having that, and yeah, I wanted to make something that is very unique, that is not being seen before, in a way that it feels like it is my personality, you know, and a person that takes into account not only the building is important, but it’s also how you get there, why the reasons that we got to that point, and explain it, because now with AI generative, the explanation is so important, the human explanation of orchestration, and it’s about how you validate the generation of an idea in the form that it generated become super important for people that cares about the results and also how you got from A to B, and potentially find a way how you repeat yourself. And what I mean repeat is how you can make that skill be available to expand into different areas but using the same core concept.

An idea is that this block will allow me to then grow and show that kind of concept of tomorrow the topic can be completely different than today, and the majority of my focus at the moment is about AI and the usage for the way that my work is completely changing and how we can make this happening with really thinking on making it happen for the best of the people that you work for the humans that are related to, for accountability, for credibility, for ways of making it scalable, secure, defining all these elements together and build something that becomes a tool that can be agnostic and easy to implement in any situation that are possible within my area of expertise that currently is the development and development of applications and routines and workflow for my organizations.

Origin 3 — the look, and what it does

Okay, in terms of the look and feel, I’ve been thinking of monochromatic kind of concept, where the idea is simplicity, minimalist, modern, but it has to be something that is simple to use. My daughter is dyslexic. My son have, lack of concentration. So we need to spike a way of that when they read those kind of documents, they can get there and straight away get the message, allow them to drill down into a more deep conversation about what the meanings, or create that area of graph, very important.

In terms of technologies, let’s try to use something that is with all the skills that Claude has to make the site very amicable and easy to use, that I follow all the minimum standards that allow everyone to use it, that is multi-language, and it is followed by graph, very graphical in terms of diagrams, and the graph of data, have a knowledge base, have a way of searching, all those kind of elements of on amplifying super intelligence, potentially with an agent that you can speak with as well. And you’ve got a chat box where you can ask questions about anything that we have. And potentially, everything that we write, it can do a deep search and start building Wikipedia, extra information about, I don’t know, I’m going to talk about a specific book, and we can put a hyperlink that goes and deep find about that book, and someone can read about that book even more. So we can mention, you know, certain people, about people that we care about, and then they can be that kind of drill down where you can go further and understand about specific topics.

Also allow people to share their ideas and be part of a community where the blog becomes, you know, my center point of expressing my ideas, which will be potentially mainly exposed through social media, where we expose a very short version, and that’s where they’re made by AI or held by AI kind of slogan will have to come every time that we post, saying that if you want to read the original one, there will be a link and it will take you to this drill down solution of this social, this block that we’re planning to build. And this will be part of the first block version, is about talking about this original idea that was built with, you know, prompting, voice messages, sharing the idea of what we want, and then build it into reality.

Origin 4 — agents that ask, and pictures (cut off at the end)

Now, I want to use as much as I can, as many agents as possible, to help me through this process of, you know, generating ideas in a more structural way. And the way I’m thinking about it is, let’s say that those ideas come to your head and then you start talking and expressing it. But then there could be a kind of a collaboration process of refining and asking the right question to actually structure that data in the right way. So give an example. You say that we go into a particular area where we feel fascinated about a particular exposition about art, and we would like to express the feelings and the understanding of that particular moment. But there might need to be additional information for the block to really be understood by another person who has not in the context. So for that, we might need that when these prompts are put into a particular area, the right areas or the right questions needs to be answered back to actually structure that data, which the raw message will be, you know, like I’m talking now, but then there will be the questions, well, what will be the title of this? Where exactly you were when that happened? And all these kind of different questions that can build up the history with the right context, so the person that is reading can really sit on it.

And also have another agent that can build, completely built by AI, don’t mind, or it could be part of my expression that I can add photos, but if, you know, the images, reflections against an article, I think give a lot of, in the current world, a lot of alignment for the person to feel correlated to the process of what we’re trying to express. And in that point, I need to be very careful because the styling is very important. The

Origin 5 — the studio, and the style of the pictures

When we build the area of, you know, when I start writing all these blocks, my idea is that I have a mechanism where I got a login page where I can log in and I can start talking to it and start expressing my ideas, very raw data. And then that tool will then allow me to structure those ideas, produce an outcome, but also allow me to build those ideas into images. So there could be an image that represents that. Now, those images need to be aligned to the design of the block. So if we’re going monochromatic, I’m thinking more like maybe all the images should be monochromatic as well. Simplicity should be about lines, dots, should be something very similar, so we maintain the styling, but there is always kind of a similar message, so feel continuity on what we’re trying to express.

Origin 6 — a new way of blogging

So we need to think this like a unique new way of blogging, where the blogging now becomes more about you expressing yourself very naturally and allow the tooling to actually refine those ideas and build even videos if it’s possible, images, everything that could be possible to create a unique way of expressing yourself that goes beyond the normal old-fashioned way where you spend hours trying to figure out the thing. It’s just let’s be yourself, express yourself, and then after you express, we decide what is the best routing to categorize your information, put it in the right place. So AI generative will have a massive impact to get the data right and to classify expressions in different languages and create a voice version of it. It just builds something that becomes more natural, and you have multiple ways for expressing themselves in graph, in diagrams, in images, in short, long versions, all the way possible to that.

Origin 7 — learning the blogger

I’m not sure yet how, but we also need to think about relearning, how this new full idea of this agentic block, and that’s the idea that I want to create, is building an agentic block where it just based on, you know, raw data, and it build this fantastic new way of expressing yourself. You also need to learn in the way that we talk, learn in the way that we express ideas, our mistakes, the way that we’re trying to express ourselves, and try to be as close to that personality. So building a personality is quite important, but could be like a profiling of the blogger about how they are. We can ask more about that person. We probably need to have a bit of a profiling of that person that will align us more to the way of we can express these generative AI. Start building a project for agentic block, which it will have multiple agents that will be with different responsibilities, and each one will have their own route of building each of these different areas, and generating that amazing work.

Origin 8 — what the voice carries

I also wondering on the part of when you express yourself in a voice, is can we record and store that raw data? Can we understand the sentiment? Can we understand the pauses and when to convert that into, you know, a comma, a full stop, or when someone expresses with a louder sentiment, or when you feel that someone is have feelings, can those sentiments be spelled out more than the wording being translated? Can we understand when there is a discussion between two people, and then who is the person they’re saying something and another one doesn’t? It’s all those elements that can build this unique agentic block, unique on the way that express the that sentiment of voice messages into block in a very natural way, that it just needed initial personalization period, but then after that it becomes a natural way of, you know, generating an amazing, unique experience of who you are in a more generative AI kind of way.

Origin 9 — citations and doors out

Now, citations and links to another important website that it can let us learn. It will be important because when we talk about something, there has to be some kind of source. So having an agent that is doing citations, it will be quite important. And those citations can be, you know, from books, from Wikipedia, from YouTube, from blogs, from LinkedIn, from people’s, you know, profiling, anything that can be relevant, that it can make that kind of experience more like dig down and going further, that goes beyond of your own space, but allows to reconnect to different places. So there could be another agent that is responsible just to build up that kind of extension of another part of information that can be linked up.

Origin 10 — feedback, hate, and security

We should also have a mechanism that you can give feedback. So let’s say that we do a blog and then we start expressing ourselves and the output becomes outside of our willingness, or we want to shape it to a different direction. So there will be a way that we can just have that kind of communication and say, well, listen, talking about this blog, and I think the route is taking to the wrong route. I want to be more personalized. It’s about, you know, education, technology, rather than philosophical point of view. This is hypothetical. I don’t want to take that into account, but I’m just trying to explain how you can potentially express about how you feel about the output, so it actually can refine and potentially rewrite the routine where it goes.

The second one is about having another agent that is responsible for hatred and verifying that we are not creating kind of a negative message that can affect people, and racism and things like that. So having kind of some kind of controlling on that. And the third one is an agent for security. It’s always checking that we are always up to date with any threats, and it can reevaluate and keep the project up to date for security, and we are not exposing people’s personal data into the world without verifying that we are compliant.

Origin 11 — SEO, and maybe other people

Another thing that I’m thinking now is this is, we probably need another agent that is responsible for SEO, so ensure that the data that we expose, it can be read from, you know, the internet, and it has some meaningful information. You know, it’s adding all these kind of different agents that it can just build something that is, you know, up to the speed and competitiveness of what is in the market, and ensure that it is something that it has all the compliances for being read by the searching tool if we allow it to. At the moment it’s going to be only used internally by myself, but if it goes really well, we potentially can make it as a software as a service and allow other people to use it.

Origin 12 — everything has a why

everything that we have brought here is part of the plan. We need to have always, we need to explain how we got there, how we decided to build this, why we call this engine. There is always a purpose. Everything that is built is for a reason. And having a very, very short explanation and understanding of how it works is super important for this particular project. Because for us, for me in this particular project, is about making awareness of that we made a decision. We are prompting to this generative AI to generate something, but it’s because we have given the right instructions to deliver what we are delivering now. And it’s about this agentic blog, BLOG, correct.
